I’m Kim Ellen Webb, founder of KEW-In Success Coaching, and my story begins not in a boardroom or classroom—but on the steps of resilience, determination, and divine calling.

Born with bowed legs and confined to leg braces as a child, I wasn't expected to walk freely, let alone run. But I did. And I never stopped moving forward. At just 8 years old, I began my entrepreneurial journey selling baby clothes door-to-door in the New York City housing projects—while my mother fulfilled the deliveries. I was already learning business, trust, and community.

By 13, I co-founded a dance group called The Soul Sisters, performing with friends at venues like Manna House and even the world-renowned Apollo Theater. Music and performance became a channel for my voice, and later, I sang in Super Clubs alongside Charles Ward of The Ink Spots. In 6th grade, I played Diana Ross in Gun Fight A Go-Go, winning acclaim that would fuel my lifelong creative fire.

Yet, behind all the performances, a deeper calling stirred in me: spiritual guidance. My years teaching Sunday School under the late Rev. Phillip M. Mann and my time as a Truth Student at Manhattan’s Unity Center under Eric Butterworth awakened my devotion to Universal Spiritual Law and metaphysical teachings. This planted the seeds for the heart-based work I do today.

As a mentor and longtime member of Narcotics Anonymous, I became a confidant for many, helping others navigate through pain, trauma, and self-doubt—guiding them to rediscover their divine identity and truth.

I’ve supported countless people on their journey toward spiritual strategy and self-empowerment through what I call the K.I.S.S. Method—a path to Legacy, Empowerment, and Authentic Development.

Over the decades, my professional path has included:

• Founding KEW Graphics and creating the original 12 Step Greeting Cards line.

• Becoming a Certified Coach through various programs, with a specialization in Spiritual Life Coaching.

• Earning my Trainer of Trainers Certification from the Connecticut Certification Board (CCAR) in 2016.

• Completing the highly regarded and transformative Dale Carnegie Training Program.

• Developing the KEW-In Spiritual Strategic L.E.A.D. Certification Program—a coaching and consulting method designed to free, align, and uplift clients into purposeful living and divine understanding.

Today, KEW-In Success Coaching is more than a business—it is my sacred assignment. I help people remove the blocks that keep them stuck, reclaim their inner authority, and step into the radiant truth of who they are: GodStars with a divine mission.

We are living through a season of shadows.
